Return Policy:

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email info@rumpl.com with your original order confirmation. Once we review your request, we’ll provide the necessary return details and a packing list.

Please note that customers are responsible for packing and shipping their return items. Rumpl will not be able to provide return shipping labels, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.
